Full Stack Web Developer

Role Overview
Venturesathi is hiring a Full Stack Web Developer who can independently own projects end to end, use AI tools effectively in daily development, lead a small team, and turn client requirements into working, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Development
Design, build and maintain responsive web applications across front end, back end and database layers.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Write clean, secure, well-documented code and conduct code reviews.
Manage deployment, hosting, version control and production support.
AI-Enabled Development
Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to speed up development, debugging, testing and documentation.
Review and validate all AI-generated code for accuracy, security and performance before use.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI features (chatbots, automation, LLM APIs) into internal tools and client products.
Follow responsible AI practices, including data privacy and confidentiality of client information.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a small team of developers; assign tasks and track progress.
Plan sprints, set timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Report project status and risks to management.
Client Requirements & Integration
Interact directly with clients to gather, understand and document requirements.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
Integrate client systems, APIs and data sources into delivered solutions.
Manage change requests, demos, UAT and post-delivery support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Proven record of independently handling at least one complete project, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
Portfolio or live links of single-handled projects must be shared with the application.
Technical Skills
Front end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
Back end: Node.js / Express, Python (Django / Flask) or PHP (Laravel).
Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
APIs, Git / GitHub, and cloud hosting (AWS / Azure / GCP or cPanel/VPS).
Practical, daily use of AI development tools and prompt writing for coding tasks.
Soft Skills
Clear communication with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
Team leadership, task delegation and ownership of deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Education
B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into web applications.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps.
Experience building CRM, HRMS, dashboards or BPO/call-center tools.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum and tools like Jira, Asana or Trello.
