🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Technical Lead / Solution Delivery Lead (Data & Analytics)
Are you a hands-on Data & Analytics leader who thrives on designing scalable enterprise solutions and driving technical excellence? We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the delivery of modern analytics platforms in a Microsoft-first ecosystem.
🔹 What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions
Drive solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and troubleshooting
Build and optimize solutions using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and Python
Establish engineering standards, governance, security, and operational best practices
Partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ 10+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics
✅ 5+ years in Technical Leadership roles
✅ Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Data Lakes, SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT
✅ Hands-on experience with Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX, and enterprise reporting solutions
✅ Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, governance, security, and production support
⭐ Nice to Have
Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Fabric, Power BI)
Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Life Sciences
Exposure to Azure AI and analytics modernization initiatives
