We are seeking a Contract Manager / Paralegal to support a Global Healthcare Company's commercial contracts team100% remote from Colombia.
Schedule
30-40 hours per week
What You'll Do
Assist with the preparation, review, revision, and administration of commercial agreements.
Draft and edit MSAs, Product Agreements, and Service Agreements.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document intake, redlines, signature coordination, and tracking.
Support day-to-day contract management activities across the legal team.
What We're Looking For
6+ years of contract support experience.
Experience working with commercial agreements.
Ability to work independently.
Fluent Spanish speaker.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Motnhy pay rate offered for 160 hours per month: USD 2,200-2,400
