Seeking a Varicent Developer (3–5+ years’ experience) with strong hands-on expertise in Vahands-on expertise in Varicent compensation models, calculations, workflows, dashboards, effective-dating logic, and compensation administration.
Requires strong SQL and Python skills for data management, automation, integrations, performance optimization, and technical documentation, along with experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting Varicent solutions, translating business requirements into scalable configurations, troubleshooting compensation/data issues, and contributing to platform modernization initiatives.
