Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Specialist role based in Dehradun. The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks for residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Responsibilities include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and offices; handling trash removal; and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition. The role also involves window cleaning, carpet care, and ensuring that all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards. The Cleaning Specialist is expected to follow established checklists, adhere to health and safety guidelines, communicate effectively with supervisors and clients, and complete work on schedule.
Qualifications
Experience in commercial cleaning and office or facility maintenance.
Skills in home and house cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
Ability to perform window cleaning safely and effectively.
Knowledge of basic carpet care and stain removal techniques.
Understanding of cleaning products, equipment use, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability in completing tasks.
Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
Basic communication skills to follow instructions and interact with clients and team members.
Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
