A longstanding boutique transactional firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Junior Partner to join its expanding real estate practice. This is a fully remote, 100% transactional role for an experienced attorney ready to lead complex commercial real estate deals, drive client relationships, and step into clear business-development expectations.

THE ROLE
📝 Draft and negotiate purchase agreements.
📑 Draft and negotiate loan documentation.
🏗️ Draft and negotiate development and joint venture agreements.
📜 Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
🔍 Lead due diligence, title, survey and closing coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
⚖️ 8+ years commercial real estate transactional experience.
🏦 Lender and borrower-side representation experience.
✅ Active Maryland Bar in good standing.
📚 Full-cycle drafting and negotiation across key real estate documents.
🎯 Demonstrated readiness for client development and origination within 2 years.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
💰 $225,000 to $300,000 base salary.
🧮 1,600 annual billable-hour target.
🏡 Fully remote arrangement with dedicated home-office expectation.
🩺 Family health, vision and dental benefits available.
👶 2 weeks paid parental leave plus 401(k) plan, eligibility requirements apply.
