Key Skills
NICE CXone development & configuration
7+ years of Contact Center/CCaaS experience with significant hands-on experience in NICE CXOne.
IVR / Studio / Call Flows
ACD, Routing, Queues & Skills
APIs & System Integrations
CRM / Salesforce integrations
Digital / Voice / Chat channels
Reporting, Analytics & Troubleshooting
Lead-level design and technical guidance
