Role Description The Drilling Operations Analyst role at Global Watch Solutions is an on-site position based in Nagpur. The analyst monitors and reviews drilling-related operational data and CCTV feeds to identify irregularities, potential risks, and opportunities to improve safety and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing drilling performance metrics, preparing concise reports, supporting financial and cost assessments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely escalation of critical events. The role also involves communicating findings to operations and management staff, assisting with customer-facing updates as needed, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall drilling oversight and asset protection.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting drilling data, performance metrics, and operational trends.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to convey findings clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Accounting skills to support cost analysis, budgeting, and drilling operations reporting.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, data analytics, business, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in drilling operations, oil and gas, industrial monitoring, or related sectors is an advantage.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and report-writing software is preferred.
