Combining hands-on development with technical leadership, the role has a strong focus on modernising frontend architecture and ensuring seamless integration across the full technology stack. About the Role:
As a .NET Fullstack Technical Lead, you will work hands-on across C#/.NET backend development and React/JavaScript frontend architecture while taking ownership of the architectural vision across the full-stack solution.
A key focus will be leading the redesign of an existing frontend into a more generic, configurable solution driven by backend data and configuration. You'll define integration patterns between frontend and backend systems, drive engineering standards and help align development teams around the overall technical approach.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to remain hands-on with development while taking significant ownership of architecture, technical delivery and future technology decisions.
➕ Nice to Have:
8+ years of commercial software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on C#/.NET experience.
Strong commercial experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Microservices, APIs and full-stack software architecture.
Experience leading developers and mentoring engineering teams.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and maintainable architecture.
Experience documenting and communicating architectural approaches.
Fluent English communication skills.
