Senior Product Lead – SaaS / Marketplace

We are looking for a strong Senior Product Lead to work directly with our founder and development team on two digital products in the international education and language travel sector.
Our main product is a B2B SaaS platform combining bookings, CRM, payments, automation and revenue-generation tools for education agencies and language schools worldwide.
We are also rebuilding Coursefinders.com, with a renewed focus on verified student reviews, discovery, trust and lead generation.
Both products are already well into development.
What we need
Until now, much of the product vision and development has been driven directly by our founder. We are now looking for someone who can take that vision and drive execution independently every day.
You should be able to take an idea or rough workflow and turn it into:
Clear user journeys
Product requirements
Prioritised development tasks
UX improvements
Tested, finished functionality
You will work closely with developers, resolve day-to-day product questions, challenge unnecessary complexity and help us move faster without creating bureaucracy.
You should have
5+ years of product experience
Strong SaaS or marketplace experience
Startup or scale-up background
Excellent UX and product judgement
Experience working directly with developers
Strong commercial thinking
Ability to make decisions independently
Excellent English
A strong sense of ownership and urgency
Experience with travel-tech, booking platforms, CRM, payments or EdTech would be a plus.
AI matters
We use AI extensively across product development and expect you to do the same.
You should already be comfortable using AI for research, specifications, prototyping, QA, documentation and problem-solving.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role
We are not looking for someone to simply manage Jira, organise meetings or wait for instructions.
We want someone who can say:
“I understand what we’re trying to achieve. Leave this with me.”
Success means faster development, fewer unnecessary iterations, clearer requirements and products moving towards launch and revenue without requiring constant founder involvement.
