Administrative Assistant - Ankara - office based

About the Role
We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant who thrives in structured environments and takes pride in doing things right. The role sits within our Pharmacovigilance (PV) team. This global team play a critical role in protecting patient safety by monitoring, assessing, and reporting the safety of medicines and clinical trial treatments. Their work helps ensure therapies remain safe and effective throughout their lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing
Own and coordinate the flow of documentation across internal systems
Ensure records are accurate, structured, and always up to date
Deliver high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail
Prepare and submit reports aligned with internal standards
Work closely with teams to keep processes running smoothly and on time
Maintain audit-ready documentation and high-quality administrative standards
Your Profile
You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support with accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working with systems, databases, and Excel (full training will be provided)
Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills
A reliable and accountable approach to responsibilitie
Genuine interest in developing long-term expertise in administrative work and contributing to this area
