Publications and Scientific Communications Lead

As a Scientific Manager at ICON, you will manage the scientific aspects of clinical research projects, ensuring the highest standards of scientific excellence and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do:
You will oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the scientific and operational aspects of clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research strategies and solve complex scientific challenges.
Overseeing the design, execution, and analysis of study protocols, ensuring high-quality data collection and interpretation.
Providing guidance and support on scientific methodologies, data analysis, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including research partners and regulatory agencies, to advance project goals and drive innovation.
Your Profile:
You will have solid scientific operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
Proven experience in managing scientific aspects of clinical research, with a strong focus on project management and data analysis.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Expertise in scientific methodologies, study design, and regulatory requirements, with proficiency in relevant analytical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.
