Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the eLearning industry to join our dynamic team at Academian. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of eLearning projects,ensuring they are delivered on time, withinbudget, and to the highestquality standards. The ideal candidatewill have a deep understanding of eLearning technologies, methodologies, and best practices, along with proven project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end eLearning project planning, execution, delivery, and budget management.
Manage cross-functional teams, including Instructional Designers, Developers, Content Creators, and SMEs.
Drive project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and client stakeholder communication.
Monitor project KPIs, ensure on-time delivery, and drive continuous process improvement.
Key Requirements
15+ years of Project/Program Management experience in the eLearning industry.
Strong knowledge of LMS, SCORM, xAPI, eLearning authoring tools, and instructional design.
Proven experience managing complex eLearning projects from inception to delivery.
Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification preferred.
