🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Manager / AGM – Treasury & Banking for Automobile Manufacturing Industry
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Experience: 15+ years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA
🎓 Qualification: CA (preferred) / ICWA (CMA)
We're looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead banking, liquidity, and working capital management for a leading automobile company
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Banking & Liquidity Management
• Negotiate interest rates, bank charges, credit limits, and other commercial terms with banks
• Handle plant-wise interest calculation and accounting
Working Capital & Debt Service
• Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and the overall working capital cycle
• Prepare and submit Drawing Power (DP) statements to banks
Payables & Payment Processing
• Manage payables, control advances, and oversee payment processing
Audit & Compliance
• Coordinate ASM (Agency for Specialised Monitoring) audits initiated by lenders and provide supporting evidence
• Lead data preparation and issue resolution for statutory, internal, and other audits
MIS & Reporting
• Prepare treasury MIS, daily/weekly cash position, borrowing position, fund utilization, and cash flow reports for management
Leadership
• Coordinate with senior management and lead the treasury team
✅ What We're Looking For
• 15+ years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, and finance
• Strong preference for candidates from the manufacturing / automobile sector
• Hands-on experience working in an SAP environment
• Strong banking relationships and negotiation skills
