Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Photon is looking for passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiters with 3 to 10 years of experience in IT hiring to join our growing talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Engineering, Cloud, Web, and Mobile technologies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, Employee Referrals, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to close niche and volume hiring requirements.
Drive hiring campaigns and walk-in recruitment initiatives.
Handle candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, and offer-to-join ratios.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining process compliance.
Eligibility
✅ 3-10 years of technical recruitment experience
✅ Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience in IT hiring across Digital, Cloud, Web, and Mobile technologies
✅ MBA in HR preferred
✅ Immediate joiners only
