Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the agency’s digital marketing and business development efforts in an on-site role based in Kanpur. This internship involves assisting with market research, helping execute marketing campaigns, and contributing to basic marketing strategy discussions. The intern will help prepare presentations and proposals, support sales and customer service activities, and participate in day-to-day coordination with internal teams. Responsibilities may include drafting simple marketing copy, collecting and analyzing campaign data, and maintaining documentation and reports. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on learning in a fast-paced digital environment.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy discussions with basic analytical thinking.
Interest in Sales activities and supporting outreach to potential clients.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
Comfortable working on-site in Kanpur and collaborating in a team environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and develop new skills in a digital agency setting.
