Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit engaging reels for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Edit tutorial video content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
Develop consistent-looking videos that align with and promote the brand.
Assist in the development and execution of video content strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content meets brand guidelines and objectives.
Incorporate motion graphics into videos as needed, with a willingness to learn and improve skills in this area.
Utilize basic social media analytics to inform and improve video content.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Interest in motion graphics and ability to work with them or learn as required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
Previous experience in Ed-tech or HR-tech is advantageous.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
A Note on Location:
You will be required to work from an office up to 3 times a week, with general flexibility to work remotely from time to time.
