Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can create high-quality visual content for our marketing campaigns, social media, website, and product promotions. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Design: Create graphics, carousels, banners, and other visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Marketing Creatives: Design creatives for paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Branding: Maintain consistency in Careerflow’s visual identity across all marketing channels.
Website & Landing Pages: Design website banners, landing page graphics, and other digital marketing assets.
Video & Motion Graphics: Create basic animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns when required.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas and briefs into effective visual designs.
Creative Research: Stay updated on design trends, competitor creatives, and new tools to improve the quality of our visual content.
Project Management: Manage multiple design requests, meet deadlines, and maintain quality across deliverables.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a startup, SaaS, technology, or digital marketing company.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, marketing creatives, and branding work.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating designs for social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Ability to understand briefs and translate them into clear, engaging visuals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
Experience with AI-powered design tools.
Familiarity with SaaS products and digital marketing campaigns.
Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven creative design.
