Assistant Manager - HR Technology (Mashreq Global Network Pakistan)

Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Expertise
Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Develop and maintain:
HCM Extracts
BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
OTBI Reports and Analytics
HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Fast Formulas, including Absence and Accrual Calculations
Configure and maintain:
Alert Composer
Workflow Email Notifications and Templates
Page Composer and EL Expressions
Develop and consume Oracle Fusion REST APIs and Web Services.
Implementation & Project Delivery
Participate in and lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
Conduct workshops with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications as per business needs.
Prepare business requirement and solution design documents.
Support testing activities and execution of test scripts.
Validate system configuration and migrated data.
Manage migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions to production.
Provide ongoing post-production support.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Coordinate with teams responsible for:
Reports
Interfaces
Data Conversion
Extensions
Integrations
Mentor and guide team members.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and support activities.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across projects.
Service Management & Governance
Apply ITIL best practices in service delivery and support.
Utilize project and service management tools such as:
Jira
Azure DevOps
MS Project
ServiceNow
Support project budgeting, costing, invoicing, and payment activities.
Participate throughout the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Expertise in:
HCM Extracts
OTBI Reporting
BI Publisher
HDL / HSDL
Fast Formulas
REST APIs
Workflow Configuration
Alert Composer
Page Composer
Functional Skills
Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in data conversion, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
7-10 years of overall relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Reporting.
