This role is a great fit if you have a background in sales, customer service, account management, customer success, recruiting, hospitality, or business development. No industry experience? That’s okay. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
From day one, you’ll get structured training, a dedicated mentor, and a supportive team to help you build your skills and your career.
What You’ll Do
Guide individuals, families, and small business owners through their options with clear, helpful conversations
Build long-term client relationships by phone and video
Ask the right questions, then recommend solutions that fit each client’s needs and budget
Follow up consistently with new and existing clients, from the first conversation through enrollment
Manage your pipeline, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM
Generate new business through inbound and outbound outreach
Join team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
Work toward personal and team performance goals

Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
Able to manage your own schedule and stay organized
Willing to complete training and obtain required licensing
