Are you our new Operations Management Intern?
We are actively seeking a dynamic Operations Management Intern to collaborate on diverse projects spanning marketing, IT, HR, and recruitment. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the optimization of our operational processes, ensuring the seamless functioning of the company. Your involvement will be instrumental in streamlining procedures and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
What does your typical day look like?
Your Friday kicks off at 8:45 AM with a team standup followed by a coffee break. By 9:00 AM, you’re engaged in an operations meeting with the management team, discussing the projects and tasks for the week. Mid-morning, you’re screening applicants for a new role and inviting them for interviews. The intensity of the morning earns you a well-deserved break, so at 12:30 PM, you enjoy lunch, either in the canteen or catching rays outside. In the afternoon, you have a meeting with the designer for the ads for a new marketing campaign, which includes organizing a webinar. As the day progresses and the weekend vibes kick in, you work on the content calendar for the upcoming months. To wrap up the week on a high note, at 5:00 PM, you join the team for a relaxing Friday drink and snack.
What You Will Bring To The Table

Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program related to Business Management;
Keen interest in understanding business operations, organization and project management;
Professional work style with an eye for detail;
Familiarity with marketing tools or eagerness to learn;
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams; and
Sharing innovative ideas with the team.
