Junior Pardot Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Prioritizing candidates based in Argentina, Colombia, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala).
We are hiring for a marketing agency with a global presence! We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Junior Pardot Specialist to help execute CRM and email marketing initiatives across our B2B accounts.
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow, taking hands-on responsibility for setting up automated customer journeys, managing databases, and ensuring campaigns are correctly built, segmented, tested, and tracked. The ideal candidate combines practical experience with Salesforce Pardot, a great attitude towards new technologies (especially AI), and an understanding of B2B email execution.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and execute email marketing campaigns, nurture journeys, and automated workflows in Pardot.
Assist in CRM configuration, campaign setup, and execution within Salesforce.
Support audience profiling by configuring database segmentation, dynamic lists, scoring, and automation rules.
Monitor the day-to-day lead lifecycle operations, including lead capture, routing, and handoff to Sales.
Build and maintain landing pages, forms, email templates, and campaign assets within the Pardot ecosystem.
Perform thorough QA and testing before deployment to ensure links, personalization, tracking, and automation logic are working flawlessly.
Monitor campaign performance, keeping CRM data clean and reporting consistent.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Project Management, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
What We’re Looking For
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or a similar role.
Solid practical experience using Salesforce Pardot (Salesforce certification is not required, but strong practical knowledge is a must).
Experience building B2B nurture journeys and configuring assets within a CRM platform.
A proactive, dynamic approach to work with a strong affinity for Artificial Intelligence tools to improve everyday processes (we love tech-forward mindsets!).
Strong attention to detail and a QA-driven mindset.
Conversational English proficiency to interact with internal teams and understand the needs of US/Caribbean-based clients.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and eagerness to learn and execute in a newly restructured digital area.
Nice to Have
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout.
Familiarity with Litmus or similar testing platforms, Salesforce reporting/dashboards, and B2B demand generation.
