Role Description The Floor Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position oversees day-to-day floor operations, including monitoring staff performance, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring adherence to company processes and safety standards. The Floor Supervisor supports team members through coaching and training, addresses customer issues escalated from the front line, and works closely with sales and service staff to achieve operational and sales targets. The role includes tracking productivity, maintaining quality control, reporting on floor activities, and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Candidates should possess Training and Coaching skills to guide staff, support performance improvement, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to support floor-level sales activities, drive conversions, and help meet revenue targets.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in manufacturing, telecom, or retail operations.
Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfort with using basic computer applications and reporting tools to track metrics and prepare reports.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
