We’re looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer who can take a brand’s strategy and make it move.
ROLE DETAILS
Position: Video Editor & Motion Designer
Location: India (Fully Remote)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Compensation: ₹6 LPA (negotiable, based on experience and portfolio)
Experience: Minimum 3 years
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Edit and produce high-quality video content for client brands across social media, websites, campaigns and launches
Design motion graphics, animated brand assets, logo animations, kinetic typography and explainer content
Use AI video generation tools to concept, prototype and produce content faster without compromising quality
Color grade footage to deliver a consistent, premium look aligned with each brand’s visual identity
Translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into on-brand motion work
Collaborate with the strategy, design and social teams to plan, script and deliver video projects
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of craft
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design
Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe After Effects (this is essential)
Solid working experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Proven skill in color grading
Practical experience with AI video generation tools and a curiosity to keep up with new ones
A sharp eye for typography, pacing, rhythm and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently, take feedback well and communicate clearly in a remote team
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with an agency or across multiple client brands
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma
Sound design and audio editing skills
Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
