We are looking for an experienced Banking Dispute Analyst with a strong background in dispute investigations, banking regulations, electronic funds transfers (EFT), chargebacks, and compliance within the US banking industry.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in dispute analysis or investigations.
3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, audit, risk management, or customer complaint resolution.
Strong knowledge of Regulation E, UDAAP, and banking/deposit compliance regulations.
Experience with electronic funds transfers (EFT), transaction reconciliations, chargebacks, and banking disputes.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Background: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payment Operations, or Dispute Resolution.
The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity $45000 - $50000
