HR Systems & Business Analyst

Job Title: HR Systems & Business Analyst (Workday Headcount/Supervisory Org Specialist)
Location - Bangalore, Karnataka Office (Hybrid - Reporting to office 3 times a week and 2 days remote)
Shift: AMER shift 6 PM to 3 AM IST
Your Qualifications
Extensive experience in Workday HCM, focusing on Supervisory Organization Management and Headcount Governance.
Proven expertise in Workday Recruit, including Position Management and Requisition workflows.
Strong background in executing complex reorganizations, cross-organizational transfers, and data governance.
Ability to work a dedicated AMER shift to effectively support critical changes and business escalations.
Proven ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality and discretion.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience executing weekly and bi-weekly system audits.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience bridging HR Systems Technology, Talent Acquisition Ops, and PBP Strategic Advisory.
Proven track record of providing high-touch, consultative, white-glove advisory to People Business Partners.
Deep understanding of the downstream impacts of foundational hierarchy integrity on Finance and Compensation Planning.
Experience with Org Studio and enterprise integration builder (EIB) automation processes in Workday.
