Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Full Stack/MERN Developer cum Trainer based in Gwalior. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Java full stack and/or MERN technologies, while following best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization. The professional will create and deliver structured technical training programs, mentor learners and junior developers, and support curriculum design, lab exercises, and project-based learning. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams on product development, preparing training content and assessments, conducting classroom and practical sessions, and providing technical guidance to trainees and project teams. The role may also involve contributing to client projects, supporting fresher hiring initiatives through technical evaluations, and staying current with emerging technologies relevant to full stack development.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on skills in Java Full Stack development (Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, front-end frameworks, databases).
Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for building scalable web applications.
Knowledge of web technologies and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, version control (Git), and API integration.
Ability to design and deliver technical training sessions, including curriculum planning, content creation, and practical labs.
Experience mentoring learners or junior developers, with clear communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, debugging, and testing practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps concepts, or deployment pipelines is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn continuously, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
