Instructional Designer

Robert Half is looking for an Instructional Designer to bring on contract the next 4+months, 30 hours a week to support the modernization of a large-scale sales onboarding and enablement program. This role will focus on reviewing, redesigning, and developing learning content while partnering with SMEs to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Review, update, and improve existing onboarding and sales training content.
Design and develop e-learning, videos, job aids, process documentation, assessments, and related learning materials.
Own projects from analysis through development, QA, revisions, and delivery.
Apply instructional design best practices to identify content gaps, refine learning objectives, and improve learner engagement.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and manage feedback.
Adapt learning materials for global audiences and support localization efforts.
Manage multiple projects and timelines while working independently.

Instructional Designer MUST have the following to be considered:
5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in corporate learning, sales enablement, or onboarding.
Online Portfolio of ISD work, including videos
Strong experience developing learning content from concept through delivery.
Advanced proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Experience creating e-learning, multimedia content, assessments, job aids, and supporting documentation.
Proven ability to manage projects independently and prioritize competing deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting international audiences and content localization is a plus.
