🚀 Looking for a Co-Founder / Founding Partner in Lucknow | Healthcare Startup — CareAxis
I'm working on CareAxis, an early-stage healthcare venture focused on making planned surgical care easier for patients while helping hospitals improve patient coordination and operations.
We're starting in Lucknow, initially focusing on three specialties:
• General & Laparoscopic Surgery
• Urology
• Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgery
I'm looking for someone who:
Currently lives in Lucknow and can work on the ground.
Has experience or a strong interest in healthcare, hospitals, healthtech or healthcare operations.
Is comfortable meeting hospital owners, doctors and administrators and building relationships from scratch.
Is passionate about solving real patient problems, not just building another startup.
Takes ownership, learns quickly and is ready to build through the early, uncertain stages.
Wants to build something meaningful for the long term.
Who could be a good fit?
Someone with experience in hospital operations, healthcare business development, patient coordination, healthtech, or a background in healthcare management. Equally, I'd love to meet an entrepreneurial person with strong execution skills and a genuine interest in healthcare.
I'm not looking for someone who only wants a job title. I'm looking for someone who wants to take ownership and help build CareAxis from the ground up.

🤝 Opportunity: Open to discussing a founding-partner/co-founder arrangement with the right person. Compensation and equity, if applicable, will be discussed transparently based on commitment, contribution and fit.
