Role Description The Vice President of Brokerage Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing brokerage activities across ThinKuvate’s commercial and trading operations. This role involves managing day-to-day brokerage workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring efficient execution of deals related to commercial real estate, freight, and trading activities. The Vice President will develop and implement operational strategies, set performance standards, and monitor key metrics to improve efficiency, compliance, and profitability. The role also includes leading and mentoring a distributed team, refining processes and systems, and collaborating with senior leadership to support business development, risk management, and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong brokerage operations expertise, including experience overseeing Brokerage processes and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
Demonstrated success in Sales leadership, including pipeline management, client relationship building, and revenue growth.
Experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions, including lease or purchase negotiations and portfolio management.
Knowledge of Freight operations, logistics coordination, and supply chain considerations within brokerage or trading environments.
Background in Trading activities, such as deal execution, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
Proven leadership skills, including managing remote teams, setting clear goals, and driving performance improvements.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed operational decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, logistics, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
Experience in technology-driven or venture-backed environments and comfort working in fast-paced, global contexts is highly beneficial.
