A leading international manufacturer of Complete Hot Rolling Mills, Industrial Equipment, and Engineering Spares is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented professional to join its team as a Sales & Marketing Representative – Nepal. The company is renowned for delivering turnkey rolling mill solutions, engineering excellence, innovative technologies, and world-class customer support to steel manufacturers across international markets.
Position
Sales & Marketing Representative
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and sales enquiries within the steel and industrial sectors.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and market development activities across Nepal.
Promote the company’s industrial machinery, rolling mill equipment, spares, and engineering solutions.
Effectively communicate technical specifications and commercial proposals to customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities to convert enquiries into business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
Steel Industry
Rolling Mills
Industrial Machinery
Heavy Engineering
Manufacturing Equipment
Capital Goods
Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to conduct technical-commercial discussions and independently manage sales activities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical or engineering background will be highly preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within Nepal.
