Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure product availability and brand visibility across retail outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Execute trade promotions, business development initiatives, and sales campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a reputed FMCG company.
Proven track record in distributor management, market development, and target achievement.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Sound understanding of FMCG sales operations and distribution channels.
