Student Recruitment Officer (Mainland China)

Job Location: Remote (Ideally, you will be based in mainland China and able to travel with ease)
Employment Type: Part-time
Working Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Salary: RMB 2,650 - RMB 3,200 per month, depending on experience + performance-based bonuses
Candidate profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Recruitment Officer whose main duties will involve sourcing agents/B2B partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing relationships with educational agents and institutions. We have a separate Applications Submission team and you will assist them on a smaller scale.
What We’re Looking For:
Recruit Chinese students interested in UK university programmes.
Build relationships with Chinese education agents and recruitment partners.
Promote UK university courses through relevant online channels.
Communicate with prospective students in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Generate leads through WeChat, Xiaohongshu and other social media platforms.
Follow up with students and monitor applications, offers, deposits and enrolments.
Essential skills:
Previous experience in the student recruitment industry/ overseas education recruitment agency/consultancy is an advantage
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and good English communication skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with WeChat and Chinese social media platforms.
Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
