Student Recruitment Officer (Remote)

Job Location: Remote (Ideally, you will be based in Jakarta and able to travel with ease)
Employment Type: Part-time
Working Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Salary: IDR 4.50 million - IDR 5.92 million per month, depending on experience + performance-based bonuses
Candidate profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Recruitment Officer whose main duties will involve sourcing agents/B2B partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing relationships with educational agents and institutions. We have a separate Applications Submission team, and you will assist them on a smaller scale.
What We’re Looking For:
* Recruit Indonesian students interested in UK, Malaysia, UAE, etc. university programmes.
* Build relationships with Indonesian education agents and recruitment partners.
* Promote UK, UAE, Malaysia, etc. university courses through relevant online channels.
* Follow up with students and monitor applications, offers, deposits and enrolments.
Essential skills:
* Previous experience in the student recruitment industry/ overseas education recruitment agency/consultancy is an advantage
* Good English communication skills.
* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
