Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Advisor to assist candidates in finding suitable career opportunities in the US job market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of candidate profiles, and the ability to guide candidates through the recruitment process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with candidates and understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
Guide candidates regarding suitable job opportunities in the US market.
Review resumes and suggest improvements to enhance candidate profiles.
Coordinate with recruiters and the recruitment team for suitable job placements.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and job opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Meet assigned targets and maintain daily activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates may apply.
