Location: Remote, prefers someone who can work EST Hours. This role can be remote but requires flexibility to work across different time zones, particularly with partners in Japan, Europe, and Asia. Preference is for someone in Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to design and manage cloud environments. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, security, and performance optimization. The position involves supporting development teams with infrastructure needs and troubleshooting in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security.
Optimize performance of cloud infrastructure.
Support development teams with infrastructure needs and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with global third-party logistics (3PL) partners, particularly in Japan, Europe, and Asia.
Work with complex integrations between host systems and 3PL providers.
Required Qualifications
Experience in supply chain operations, including warehouse management systems.
A strong understanding of 3PL operations and vendor coordination.
Excellent communication skills for working with global partners.
Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of complex integrations between host systems and 3PLs.
Preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) to facilitate collaboration with global partners.
