Grants Impact & Communications Manager – Cyber Fund

Our leading AI client is looking for a Part-Time Impact & Communications Manager to support its $1B Cyber Fund grant program, helping organizations strengthen cyber defense through AI by documenting grant recipient outcomes and translating verified results into compelling stories, impact reports, and executive communications. This hands-on role will focus on stakeholder interviews, grant impact reporting, case study development, and cross-functional collaboration to communicate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve recipient support.
Qualifications
Four or more years of relevant experience in communications, impact reporting, nonprofit programs, customer advocacy, or corporate social impact.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with examples of clear case studies, reports, or executive communications.
Experience interviewing stakeholders and translating their work into accurate, accessible narratives.
Ability to analyze basic quantitative data and distinguish supported findings from assumptions.
Strong organization and independent follow-through across multiple contributors and approval steps.
Sound judgment when handling confidential information, recipient consent, and sensitive technical details.
Experience with cybersecurity, enterprise technology, foundations, or grant-funded programs is helpful.
