Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager
Contract Duration -1 Year/W2
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager Contractor to coordinate enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, manage cross-functional workstreams, and drive change readiness, deployment planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate program plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
Manage deployment planning, readiness validation, and operational handoffs.
Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, risk updates, and governance materials.
Collaborate with project managers, cybersecurity teams, technology leads, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Experience managing complex cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise transformation programs.
Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and deployment readiness.
Exposure to IAM, Zero Trust, vulnerability management, or data protection.
Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries; PMP, PgMP, or Prosci certification.
