WE’RE HIRING! VP OF BUSINESS BANKING & PAYMENTS | SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA | REMOTE
I’m growing my team at Gateway First Bank and looking to connect with experienced sales professionals who know payments, love building relationships, and want an opportunity to take their business to the next level.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building relationships with business owners and bringing on new clients.
* Selling merchant services, payment processing, and POS solutions.
* Developing referral partnerships with CPAs, accountants, payroll providers, business brokers, and other local professionals.
* Identifying opportunities to help clients with business deposits, treasury management, and lending.
* Building your own pipeline, developing your territory, and growing a book of business for the long term.
Who would be a great fit?
Someone with at least five years of outside sales experience, ideally in payments, merchant services, POS, or business banking. You should be comfortable prospecting, networking, asking good questions, and earning business by understanding what your clients actually need. Just as important, you bring integrity, initiative, and a genuine interest in helping business owners succeed.
