About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. As an integral part of our organization, you will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and oversee execution to achieve strategic objectives. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management is required, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, are essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing remote or distributed teams will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Engage with clients and stakeholders regularly to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices throughout project lifecycle.
Manage project documentation, including status reports, project charters, and post-project evaluations.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
