About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill our clients' staffing requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various recruitment channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the growth and success of our clients and organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process, from initial contact through onboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within staffing agencies or corporate HR departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Responsibilities
Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
