About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
