Role Description The Business Specialist role at Taxcart is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the growth and efficiency of our commercial operations. In this role, the Business Specialist analyzes business performance data, identifies trends, and provides insights to optimize sales, pricing, and customer engagement. Daily activities include preparing reports, contributing to business plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. The Business Specialist will interact with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service quality. This role also contributes to documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and continuous refinement of business workflows.

Business and business planning skills to contribute to strategy development, forecasting, and process optimization.
Effective communication skills to clearly convey information, present findings, and collaborate across teams.
Customer service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or tax/finance solutions is beneficial.
Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM platforms).
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
