Founder's Associate (Operations)

ABOUT THE ROLE
This hands-on role supports go-to-market and operations teams at an AI procurement software company. You will turn operational needs into practical tools and automations, helping teams work more efficiently and move business priorities forward. It is a builder role, not an administrative position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and automate them proactively.
- Scope, build, test, and ship solutions independently using AI coding tools.
- Switch between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools.
- Prioritize work that unblocks the business and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- Document tools and workflows so they remain usable and maintainable for the broader team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduate or candidate with up to two years of professional experience; no specific degree or background is required.
- Ability to independently deliver working software with AI coding tools.
- Comfort working through ambiguous requests and collaborating across teams.
- Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
