Buscamos Administrador Comercial / Líder de Ventas
Estamos incorporando personas con experiencia en ventas, coordinación de equipos y desarrollo comercial para sumarse a un nuevo proyecto digital.
La posición está orientada a perfiles con capacidad para formar, organizar y gestionar su propio equipo de vendedores, desarrollar nuevos contactos comerciales y acompañar el crecimiento de su estructura.
Responsabilidades principales:
Incorporar y coordinar vendedores.
Desarrollar nuevos clientes y oportunidades comerciales.
Realizar seguimiento del equipo.
Organizar y hacer crecer su propia estructura comercial.
Mantener una comunicación activa con su red de trabajo.
Perfil buscado:
Experiencia en ventas o desarrollo comercial.
Capacidad de liderazgo y organización.
Buena comunicación y trato interpersonal.
Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
Se valorará experiencia previa gestionando vendedores, equipos comerciales o redes de ventas.
Modalidad: remota, independiente y orientada a resultados.
Buscamos personas con iniciativa y capacidad para desarrollar una estructura comercial propia.
