About OFF/CALL
Doctors spend their lives caring for others, and often lose touch with the passions that make them human.
OFF/CALL (@offcall.club) is a community initiative by doctors, for doctors and medical students. It is not run for profit. We celebrate life beyond the hospital: music, art, travel, sport and the stories that make doctors who they are outside their white coats.
This season, OFF/CALL is the Social Media & Community Partner for leading medical college fests across India. We're building a small creative team of talented young designers to help shape how our community looks and feels.
What You'll Design
• Instagram posts, carousels and Story creatives
• Event posters, announcements and promotional creatives
• Print-ready designs: standees, banners and kiosk branding
• Templates, highlight covers and brand assets
Who We're Looking For
Current students and recent graduates (2024–2026) of leading design schools in India and around the world, such as:
India: NID · NIFT · IDC IIT Bombay · Srishti Manipal · MIT Institute of Design · Symbiosis Institute of Design · Pearl Academy · Sir J.J. School of Applied Art
International: RISD · Parsons · Central Saint Martins · Royal College of Art · ArtCenter · Pratt · SVA · Design Academy Eindhoven · Aalto University · ECAL
…or an equivalent reputed design institute.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
• A strong portfolio with clean, modern visual design
• Confident typography and layout skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools
• The ability to deliver on tight timelines (event projects often need delivery within 48 hours)
• At least 2–3 hours of daily overlap with Indian Standard Time (IST)
• Clear written English for briefs and feedback
