Role Description
※ The Planning and Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing project planning, quantity estimation, and billing activities for construction projects at the Talegaon site.
※ Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing rate analysis, coordinating with project teams for quantity surveying, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of bills in line with contractual terms.
※ Quantity calculation from Drawing & preparing BOQ.
※ The role involves monitoring project progress against plans, supporting cost control and projections, and maintaining detailed records and reports for internal and client review.
※ The engineer will collaborate closely with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to resolve billing-related queries and support efficient project execution.
This is a contract, on-site role based in Talegaon.
※ Have to deal with Sub-Contractor and Client RA Bills during & at final settlement.
Qualifications
※ Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying, with the ability to interpret drawings and project specifications.
※ Hands-on experience with Billing Systems and processes, including certification of contractor bills and reconciliation of quantities.
※ Proficiency in Rate Analysis and cost estimation, supported by solid Analytical Skills for evaluating variations and claims.
※ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in construction planning and billing.
※ Familiarity with project management and estimation software (e.g., MS Excel, Auto Cad, or similar tools).
※ Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work to deadlines in a site-based environment.
※ Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
※ Knowledge of relevant construction standards, contract conditions, and safety practices is an advantage.
※ Must have experience as Planning (Billing) Engineer at least 5 Years
※ Experience in working with Korean Company will be given preference.
※ Working experience of Construction is must. (only Civil/Construction).
