Substation Electrical Engineering Manager
Area: Fully Remote
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical designs for utilities and EPC partners
Provide strategic oversight for project resources, budgets, and client relationships
Guide engineers through complex transmission and distribution projects
Manage resources, performance, and development for a growing national substation group
Review and approve design packages, drawings, and specifications for high-voltage substation general arrangements, grounding plans, and bus configurations
Partner with leadership on business development and recruiting initiatives
Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration across the team
