🚀 We’re Hiring | Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Company: Rotocast Industries Ltd.
Location: Urla, Raipur (C.G.)
Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Experience: 15+ Years
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / M.Com / B.Com
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Manage accounts, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and control costs.
Monitor working capital, fund management, and financial risks.
Oversee costing, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, investors, and statutory authorities.
Support management in strategic business decisions.
Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
Expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and working capital management.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry will be preferred.
