Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Back End Developer at LeadVaultAI. The Back End Developer will design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices that power the company’s AI-native buyer intelligence platform. Daily responsibilities include implementing data processing pipelines, integrating with external data sources, optimizing application performance, and ensuring reliability, security, and observability across back-end systems. The role involves collaborating closely with product, data, and front-end teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation. The Back End Developer will contribute to architecture decisions and help improve development workflows and tooling in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
Strong Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, with experience building scalable, production-ready services.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts, including clean code practices and design patterns.
Ability to collaborate with Front-End Development teams and design well-structured APIs for seamless integration.
Experience with modern back-end frameworks and languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java) and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of databases and data stores (SQL and NoSQL), and experience optimizing queries and schema design.
Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization best practices for web services.
Comfort working in an agile, remote environment, with strong communication and documentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in AI, data-intensive systems, or sales/revenue intelligence products is a plus.
